DORMITORY (SUWON)

You can change your meal plan as below. Please read carefully. 

1) You can cahge your meal plan during Mar 4th (Mon) ~ Mar 8th (Fri)

2) After changing period, You can't change your meal plan anymore. 

3) During changing period (Mar 4th~Mar 8th), you meal ticket will be deleted even if they are not used. 

■ Who can apply for it: Students who want to change their original meal plan as dorm residents of 2024 Spring semester. 

■ Meal plan change application&payment period:  Mar 4th (Mon) 11:00 ~ Mar 8th (Fri) 13:00

■ Beginning date when changed meal plan is applied: From breakfast of Mar 11th (Mon)   

*If you apply for refund, you can't use Dinner of Mar 8th 

■ Application method: GLS log-in ▶Application/Graduation Requirements Management ▶ Dormitory ▶ Change of meal plan

(1) Refund amount

(Ex1) 2 meals/day → 1 meal/day 

  2 meals × 76 days (restaurant operation days)         ×  ￦4,100 = ￦623,200 [paid amount]

-) 2 meals × 5 days (Mar 4~ Mar 8)                              ×   ￦4,300 = ￦43,000 [deduction]

-) 1 meal × 71 days (Mar 11 ~ Jun 22)                         ×   ￦4,300 = ￦305,300 [changed total]

(Ex2) 2 meals/day → 0 meal

▶ Meal ticket for Mar 4 ~ Mar 8 will be deducted even if they are not used.  

(2) Additional payment

In case of increasing the meal ticket, You need to arrange the additional payment. If you didn't arrange the payment until Mar 8th 13:00, Your changing application will be canceled. 

(Ex1) 1 meal/day → 2 meals/day
