Dormitory residence applications for 2023 fall semester will be open as below. Please check attached admission information before applying.

※Please be informed that All information about dorm applying is on attached file. Please read carefully in order to avoid any problem caused by misunderstanding.

■ Application schedule

■ Residential period

1) You can select check in date as beow. 

- 2023.08.19(Sat)~2023.08.25(Fri) : Early check in date

- 2023.08.26(Sat) : Regular check in date

2) Regular residential period : 2023.08.26(Sat)~2023.12.16(Sat) (112nights & 113days)

*If you want to stay continuously from summer vacation, You must select '2023.08.19' as your check in date. 

■ Select Room type

-In-kwan, Shin-kwan 4p1r : It was managed as 2p1r during Covid-19.  From 2023 fall semester, It will be managed as 4p1r as usual. 

-Shin-kwan A for Undergraduate Female & Graduate Male/Female student. Shin-kwan B for Undergraduate male student. (※ Gender will be separeated by floor at shin-kwan A.)

-During vacation, Shin-kwan A need to accommodate undergraduate male student.  So some of undergraduate female student's room could be changed.  

-Shin-kwan B will be closed on vacation. If you stay at Shin-kwan B on fall semester, you should move to other dorms on winter vacation. 

-Disabled person have priority for Shin-kwan 1p1r. 

■ Mandatory submit for Check-in (No need to submit Covid-19 result)

-All residents need to submit tuberculosis test result. (Including residents of summer vacation)

■ Notice

-Application for Dormate is only available on 1st selection. 

-Freshman of 2023 Fall semester can't apply for dormmate. 

-Dorm application is not available by mobile GLS. Please use GLS on PC. 

-Please make mobile Kingo-M PUSH alarm 'ON' for all categories.  If you make it 'OFF', You could be not informed about important notice. 

-Please take note that after Office hour or on weekends, we can't help you. (※Dorm office hour: 09:00~17:30 on weekdays. Lunch break 12:00~13:00)

-During application period, there will be lot of  inquiries, so you may wait a lot or phone call is not available. Please well check attached guidance before asking.

Q. I need bank detail in order to transfer dorm fee from abroad.

A. Please check below official bank information of Woori bank.

Q. I missed the first application period. What should I do?

A. There is a second application period. For a detailed schedule, please check the attached general information.

Q. I'm currently stay at dorm and want to stay dorm continuously on fall semseter. 

A. You must select '2023.08.19' as your check in date when you apply on GLS. 

Q. Does earlier applicants have priority? 

A. No. If you apply on time, all applicants have same apportunity. For further information, Please check attached file.
※In case of Waiting list(3rd selection), Earlier applicants have priority.
