DORMITORY (SUWON)

 

<In the case of downgrading to step 2 of social distancing,

[In/Ui/Ji-kwan] is scheduled to open.>

 

☆However, if the social distancing step 2.5 (online class) continues as of February 21, the schedule will not be progressed and will be re-announced depending on the situation.

 

 

1. Dormitory operation (planned)

■ As of 2.21.(Sun), [In,Ui,Ji-kwan] is scheduled to open in the case of social distancing step 2

    (※Ye-kwan excluded)

■  In-kwan (male undergraduate student),

      Ui-kwan (male/female graduate student),

      Ji-kwan (male/female undergraduate student)

 

2. Date of application and check-in (planned)

■ Application period: February 22 (Mon) 11:00 ~ February 23 (Tue) 23:00

■ Confirmation of application results: February 26 (Fri) 11:00

■ Payment period: February 26 (Fri) 11:00 ~ March 1 (Mon) 23:00

■ Room number confirmation: March 5th (Fri) 17:00

■ Check-in day: After 13:00 on Saturday, March 6

 -You can enter after the check-in date above

 (However, the dormitory fee for the period not entered is non-refundable.)

 

3. Eligibility for application

■ Same as before (Refer to General Admission Information for 2021 Spring semester)

■ 2021-Spring semester Shin-kwan non-resident students

■ Students who cancel (Cancellation of non-payment or cancellation after payment) after applying for Shin-kwan for spring semester will not be given a chance. (However, you can apply for vacancy(GLS-'Waiting list') in the future)

 

4. Required documents to be submitted at check-in

■ TB test results which conducted within 2 months before the check-in.

■ COVID-19(PCR) test'Negative' result sheet(or Copy of text message) received within 7 days of check-in.

5. Notes

■ Students who cancel (Cancellation of non-payment or cancellation after payment) after applying for Shin-kwan for spring semester will not be given a chance. This is for students who really wanted to live in Shin-kwan in the COVID-19 situation but were disqualified to live in Shin-kwan because they fell out of competition with you by your application. Therefore, we want to give them a chance first during the above application period. (However, you can apply for vacancy(GLS-'Waiting list') in the future)

■ If Ui-kwan is opened, the Ui-kwan Open kitchen will also be opened.

■ If you have applied and paid for Shin-kwan and you want to move to another dormitory when it is open,

you must follow the dormitory refund policy as before and check out first. Then, other dormitories can be entered by applying for a 'waiting list'. (Dorm refund policy ▷ leaving dorm in the mid-session ▷15 days' dormitory fee deduction) 

■ Please note that the dormitory operation may change depending on the social distancing stage.

■ Be sure to comply with the deadline for application and payment.
