Summer Semester→ Whole Summer Vacation Residence Period Change (Extension) Application Notice (2018-Summer)

1. Eligibility for Application: Among students who applied for ‘Summer semester period’, and currently living in dorm,
Students who wish to extend the stay to 'Whole summer vacation period' and continuously live in dorm.

2. Application period: 2018. 7. 2.(Mon) 09:00 ~  7. 8.(Sun) 23:00

3. How to apply: GLS → Dorm application

4. Payment period: 2018. 7. 10.(Tue) 10:00 ~ 7. 11.(Wed) 23:00

5. How to make payment: GLS → Dorm info. → Print Invoice → Transfer money

6. Important Notes

(1) There isn't an additional application session once you miss the application and payment due date. Also you must check-out no later than Jul. 13, 2018 12:00.
  (Additional application will be available after Jul. 14, 09:00. You need to check the vacancies on website.)
(2) When apply, you need to apply as current room type. Even if you apply as different room type, it will automatically selected and printed as the same room type.
(3) and you can check your room number on GLS by Jul. 13. morning. (Check at office is also available.)
(4) According to dorm policy, Extension applicants may have to move the room.
  In that case, you need move to the newly assigned room on Jul. 13.(Fri) Check-out confirmation by the room assistant will be starting from 12:00.
  (It is for the efficient operation and energy reduction, moving room is unavoidable.)
(5) When apply for extension, there is a charge of deposit fee again. Winter semester deposit fee will be returned to your account during July.
  But, due to poor cleaning and damage/loss on facilities, deposit can be deducted.
