Moving Box & Suitcase Service Notice

To reduce the inconvenience that students may go through while moving in and out on the check-in and check-out date, we are offering moving service before the check-in day for this 2017- winter vacation period. Students who want to use the service, please bring your box and suitcase to the registration desk during moving service period as directed below, then it will be delivered by moving truck to the storage of 2017 winter vacation dormitory.(where you assigned to stay during winter vacation period.)

1. Moving Service Period:
    A day before the regular check-in date which is Dec. 22(Fri)08:00am ~ 02:00pm(closing time at registration desk)
    ※ Moving truck will run 1 time round trip after the closing time.

2. Who can register?
    -Students currently(2017 Fall semester) living in dorm.
    -Students who will live in dorm for 2017 winter vacation period and able to pick up their stuff right away on Dec. 23(Sat).    
-Moving truck do not offer service on the route of [Shin-gwan B building to Shin-gwan A building]

4. How to use?

  - Students plan to register for moving service, MUST pack your stuff in box or suitcase and bring it to registration desk.
  - At registration desk, must place the shipping invoice.
  - Your box or suitcase will be shipped to the storage of the dormitory where you are assigned to stay for winter vacation period.
  - Pick up your stuff at the storage on winter vacation regular check-in date, Dec. 23,

5. Notice
  - Moving service is only available for those who packed in box or suitcase.
  - Please keep in note that students must take any personal valuable, fragile items in advance to avoid the risk of missing or damaged items.
  - We are not responsible for any damaged or missing items that occur during the service.
  - Since we are concerned about the loss of baggage if placing for a long period of time, Your box or suitcase can only be picked up on 23(Sat). After the pick-up date, any box or suitcase left in storage can be discarded, therefore students must pick-up their stuff and move to room no later than Dec. 23, 03:00pm
