DORMITORY (SUWON)

Dormitory is running a registration system for bicycle and motorcycle in order to use the limited area of the dormitory efficiently. Bicycles’ and motorcycles’ registration is to prevent the parking space from overloading.

We are noticing about the registration, dormitory residents should register bicyles and motorcycles on GLS.

Even though we have notified about registration with warning ticket on bicycles and motorcycles since October 18th, some students haven’t register their bicycles yet. Therefore dormitory is going to remove non-registered bicycles and motorcycles.

■ Removal Object: Every bicycles and motorcycles without permission tag near In/Ui/Ji/Shin-gwan bycycle parking space.

- Bicycles(Motorcycles) which registered on 2017-Fall/Winter semester
  or 2017-Spring semester should have red or yellow permission tag near the handle.
(Where managers can see easily)

■ Removal process: Cut the bicycle lock starting Oct. 10th → temporarily store until Oct. 29th → disposal on Oct. 30th (through Jangangu office, donate to the neighbors in need)

■ If you want to take back stored bicycle, visit dorm office during office hours(09:00~17:30)

(Bring the evidence that can show us which one is your bicycle among collected bicycles.)

■ The bicycle parking place is for dormitory residents. Please use other parking places if you’re not dormitory resident.
