Dormitory office accepts any check and objection of students’ penalty points

Penalty points of 2017-spring semester will have an effect on dormate application and the priority acceptance (when students have the same grade (GPA)) of 2017-fall dormitory admission. Every resident should check the penalty points.

■ How to check one’s penalty points

* When checking penalty points by mobile application(app), error might happen. Therefore, please check on GLS by computer.

■ Penalty issued date, details, points

1. Penalty points are imposed to only the person who did not participate in fire drill education.

2. If student has submitted one’s check-in report by mobile app, error happens frequently. Though student submitted check-in report, operating office might not be able to find it due to mobile app’s malfunction and impose student penalty points. In this case, correction can be made after thorough check.

3. If the student checked in the dormitory in the middle of semester, penalty points might be issued with different date.

■ Note

1. Penalty points of summer vacation are included to penalty points of spring semester.

2. Penalty points does not effect on criteria of dormitory acceptance. However, when students on the cut-off score have same grade(GPA), acceptance might be determined by students’ penalty points.

 3. ‘Only the ones who have 0 penalty points of previous semester’ is the basic condition of Dormate. (Dormate is unavailable during vacations)

4. We, of course, receive students’ objection regarding wrong penalty points. Please check your penalty points beforehand.

▶ Total points 20 or more: Have to go out from dormitory, lost right that apply for dormitory forever

▶ Total points 15 or more: Have to go out from dormitory, lost right that apply for dormitory a year

▶ Total point 10 or more: Have to go out from dormitory, No lost right that apply for dormitory

(Any points issued 15 days before check-out can be included to next semester or vacation)
