DORMITORY (SUWON)

For foreign students who should necessarily cook their own meal because of cultural difference, dormitory is providing ‘Open Kitchen’. Please read carefully check-out and registration notices below and follow it accordingly.

1. Students who are using the open kitchen during Winter Vacation period must return the container with their room key when they check-out.

- If you don’t return the container box with your key, the fee for the container (10,000 won) will be deducted from your deposit money.

- If you check out in the earlier date than 02/21(Tue), you need to return the box to information desk of each dormitory.

-If you check out from 02/21(Tue), all the users should return the container to each dormitory office. (Shin-gwan A, B residents return the box at Shin-gwan B B1F Middle Auditorium, In/Ui/Ye gwan residents return the box at 1F Ui-gwan dorm office (near the entrance))

- Students should return the box on Feb. 25(Sat)

2. 2016 Winter Vacation users who will live in the dormitory during Spring Semester and want to continue to use it should follow checkout process and register again.

 - If you get the same container number in registration for Spring Semester, you don’t need to return the container.

- You couldn’t get the same number of container because registration will be filled in the order of arrival.

3. Registration of open kitchen for 2017 Spring semester

- Date: Feb. 25 09:00~ (in the order of arrival)

- Location: Ui-gwan office (near the Ui-gwan entrance)

   - Students can choose container number that they want to use on the registration desk in the order of arrival.

   - In-gwan open kitchen: 30 people  (no more vacancy)

   ( +20 people only for refrigerator usage in In-gwan open kitchen)

     Ui-gwan open kitchen: 34 people   (no more vacancy)

    ( We have vacancies for refrigerator usage in In-gwan open kitchen. If you want to register, please visit the dorm office in Shin-gwan A)

4. Notes

 - Please clean all items in your shelf and container before you leave the dormitory.

- All items left in a shelf will be discarded after check-out

- Every open kitchen users should follow the rules of open kitchen

- Ui-gwan open kitchen is for Ui-gwan residents and In-gwan open kitchen is for every dormitory residents
