To reduce the inconvenience of moving in and out on the check-in and check-out date, we are offering moving service before the early check-in day for 2017 Spring semester. Students who want to use the service, please bring your box and suitcase to the registration desk during moving service period as directed below, then it will be delivered by moving truck to the storage of 2017 Spring semester dormitory.(where you assigned to stay during spring semester.)
1. Moving Service Period:
A day before the early check in date which is Feb. 24(Fri)09:00am ~ 03:00pm(closing time at registration desk)
※ Moving truck will run 1 round trip after the closing time.
2. Who can register?:
-Students currently(2016 Winter vacation) living in dorm, have chosen Feb. 25(Sat) as early check-in date and finished payment.
-Students who are able to pick up their boxes or suitcases right away on Feb. 25(Sat).
-The service is not offered for students moving from Shin-gwan A to Shin-gwan B

4. How to use?
- Students who plan to register for moving service, MUST pack your items in box or suitcase and bring it to registration desk.
- At registration desk, must place the shipping invoice to your boxes or suitcases.
- Your box or suitcase will be shipped to the storage of the dormitory where you are assigned to stay for spring semester.
- Pick up your package at the storage of spring semester dormitory on the early check-in date, Feb. 25,
5. Notice
- Moving service is only available for those who packed in box or suitcase.
- Please keep in note that students must take any personal valuable, fragile items in advance to avoid the risk of missing or damaged items.
- We are not responsible for any damaged or missing items that occur during the service.
- Since we are concerned about the loss of baggage if placing for a long period of time, Your box or suitcase can only be picked up on 25(Sat). After the pick-up date, any box or suitcase left in storage can be discarded, therefore students must pick-up their stuff and move them to a room no later than Feb. 25, 03:00pm.
