1. Eligibility for Application: Students who applied for ‘Winter semeter period’, and currently living in dorm.
Students who wish to extend the stay to 'winter vacation period' and continuously live in dorm.

4. Payment period: 2017. 1. 5.(Thu.) 15:00 ~ 1. 9.(Mon.) 23:00
5. How to make payment: GLS → Dorm info. → Print Invoice → Transfer money
6. Important Notes
(1) There isn't an additional application session once you miss the application and payment due date. Also you must check-out no later than Jan, 12, 2017 12:00.
(Additional application will be available after Jan. 13, 09:00. You need to check the vacancies on website and visit office for applying.)
(2) When apply, you need to apply as current room type. Even if you apply as different room type, it will automatically selected and printed as the same room type.
★But, we can't accommodate Ye-gwan residents on 3rd to 5th floors due to wallpaper replacement work during the vacation. Ye-gwan residents must select Shin-gwan for the extension stay during winter vacation period. If your first preference of room type has no vacancy, then you will be assigned to the 2nd~4th preference of your choice or random room type.
(3) You can check your room number on GLS by Jan.12 morning. (Check at office is also available.)
(4) According to dorm policy, Extension applicants will have to move the room.
You need move to the newly assigned room on Jan. 12(Thu.) Check-out confirmation by the room assistant will be starting from 12:00.
(It is for the efficient operation and energy reduction, moving room is unavoidable.)
(5) When apply for extension, there is a charge of deposit fee again. Winter semester deposit fee will be returned to your account during January.
But, due to poor cleaning and damage/loss on facilities, deposit can be deducted.
