DORMITORY (SUWON)

We will open additional applicants for 2016 Winter Vacation as there are vacancy occur due to cancellations on dormitory.

1. Application and payment

* Waiting area:  Shin-gwan A building, B1- In front of dorm office

* How to apply: First-come-first-served basis on vacancy by visiting office.

  (Dec. 23 (Fri) 09:00~ Begin to accept first-come-first-served basis application by visit.)

* Payment due : 05:00 pm of the day you apply

* Applicants must have ID.(student ID card)

2. Vacant rooms

   *After 2nd period of payment for 2016 Winter Vacation, Dec. 20, Checking vacancy will be available.

3. Notice

A. Those students have penalty points that are restricted to apply for dormitory from the previous semester cannot register.

B. It is possible to choose meal plan type.

C. Although you apply as the same room type, you will not be assigned to the same room that you are using currently.

D. You can send an application by proxy but one person cannot apply for more than one person by proxy.(must bring ID card.)

E. If applicant do not pay by the due date, application will be canceled. 

F. Before the date of Dec. 23,(Fri) 09:00 am, we do not accept application under any circumstances. Also we do not accept any application of reservation through phone call.
