"The 40th Resident Student Association Da-On"is opening a parcel service and box-purchasing service with CJ Daehan-Tongwoon(delivery company) as we meet the second semester check-out period.
1. <To purchase a box>: Dec. 19 (Mon) ~ Dec. 24(Sat)/ 11:00 am ~ 05:00 pm
Price (48m*38cm*34cm, same size as #5 box at post office): \1,000/ea. (accept cash only)
Location: In front of the Shin-gwan B building, Ji-gwan parking lot
※ Prepare a tape for yourself.
※ Must go over pre-registration and on-site registration ,then attach the waybill.
※ If you desire to send before the registration period, please contact CJ delivery staff (010-5050-5552).
2. Parcel Registration
□ On-site registration period: Dec. 20 (Tue) ~ Dec. 24 (Sat)/ 11:00 am ~ 05:00 pm
□ Location: Between Shin-gwan A & B buildings, between Ye-gwan & Ui-gwan, Ji-gwan parking lot
□ Registration Method: If register through QR Code or shortcut link, then you will receive waybill on site. ▶ Parcels with the attachment of waybill are only accepted for registration.
□ Shipping charge: \5,000/per box (only by collect)
* If you haven't done pre-registration, it is possible to register using the shortcut link, then you will receive a waybill.
* Pre-registration Period: Dec. 19 (Mon) ~ Dec. 24 (Sat)
※ Using parcel service offers waybill, but you need to purchase a box seperately.
※ To avoide getting damages, please pack under 20kg per box.
(Please use the box which sold by dormitory since other boxes are in more fragile condition.)
※ Please keep your receipt until you confirm that you have received the parcel. We do not take responsibillity for loss of receipt.
※ In case of missing parcels, gurantee limit is 300,000 won per box. We strongly recomment send your valuables seperately. Also, please take a note that box will not be handled with care, therefore, please try not to put fragile items in the box.
