DORMITORY (SUWON)

For 2016 Winter Vacation, open kitchens will be managed like below.

Please check which condition you are in and follow our guidelines.

1. Students who leave the dormitory on a check-out date of 12/22, or 12/24
must return the container with their room key when they check-out.

- If you don’t return the container box with your key, the fee for the container (10,000 won) will be deducted from your deposit money.

- If you check out in the earlier date than 12/21(Wed), you need to return the box to Shin-gwan dorm office.

-If you check out from 12/22(Thu), all the users should return the container to the each dormitory office. (Shin-gwan A,B resident return the box at Shin-gwan office, In/Ui/Ye-gwan resident return the box at Ui-gwan office.)

2. 2016 Fall Semester users who will live in the dormitory during Winter Vacation period can use the open kitchen without registering again.

 - If you want to stop using the kitchen, you can return the container box to the office.

3. Notice

 - Ui-gwan open kitchen is for Ui-gwan residents and In-gwan open kitchen is for other building residents

- There is no more vacancy left for now, the open kitchen is fully filled with students. If there is vacancy, we will open an additional registration session.
