DORMITORY (SUWON)

For 2016 Fall Semester, open kitchens will be managed like below.

Please check which condition you are in and follow our guidelines.

1. Students who leave the dormitory on 8/27
must return the container with their room key when they check-out.

  - If you don’t return it with your key, the fee for the container (10,000 won) will be deducted from your deposit money.

 - Ui-gwan open kitchen users should return the container to the Ui-gwan office and In-gwan open kitchen users    should return the container to the Shin-gwan office.

2. Summer vacation users who will live in the dormitory during fall semester
can use the open kitchen without registering again.

 - If you want to stop using the kitchen, you can return the refrigerator container to the office.

3. Students who are not using the open kitchen now,
but want to use the kitchen during fall semester
should register newly.

 - Registering period: Aug. 27, 09:00 ~ Sep. 2, 15:00

 - Using period: Sep. 5, 2016 Lunch time ~ End of semester

    - Exiting users can use continually but new user can’t use before Sep. 5, 2016 Lunch time)

 - How to register: Visit dormitory office with your student ID card and room key.

             - Ui-gwan residents : Visit Ui-gwan office

             - Other building residents : Visit Shin-gwan office

There is no more vacancy left.

4. Notice

 - Ui-gwan open kitchen is for Ui-gwan residents and In-gwan open kitchen is for other building residents

 - Ui-gwan open kitchen is now under remodeling work.
Every students who are using open kitchens during summer vacation will use In-gwan open kitchen together until the work finishes.

 - Refrigerator containers for new users will be prepared at the start of using period.
(Sep. 5, 2016 Lunch time)

 - If there is vacancy, you can register until there is no vacancy.
But after the registering period, every residents should visit Shin-gwan office for registering.
