In order to promote a plesant residential environment and for better safety, We will conduct an Air-conditioner Disassembly Cleaning in the dormitory as a whole. During the process, there can be the occurence of noises. Please cooperate even if there is any inconvenience. ※ Please be aware that Cleaning Company Managers possibly enter your room. We ask for managing your valuables. Contact our dorm office in case of a problem.

1. Date/Time: June 20th (Tue) ~ July 7th (Fri) 09:00~17:00 ※Working hours for cleaning can be changed
2. Working contents 1) After openning the entire room by relevant floors, Air-condtioner Disassembly Cleaning(by parts) will be proceeded.
2) Air-condtioner and Its disassembled components will be cleaned in each room and at the corridor on each floor.
3. Precaution
1) A Field Worker will visit the dormitory and carry out their tasks in case of your absence in the
room. Please do not leave any personal belongings and empty the sapce in the middle of the beds and under the cooler/heater.
2) Please keep all the vaulables or arrange them to the drawers and closets.
3) It is possible to standby in the public space or room inside during working hours.
4) Male worker will visit your room due to the nature of the work. Especially, we need female students’ understanding. Thank you for all residents’ cooperation in advance.
