DORMITORY (SEOUL)

*Guest Houses of Myeongryun Haksa(Seoul) and Bongryong Haksa(Suwon) are seperately managed since they're located in Seoul and Suwon

Objects

• Researchers and faculty members visiting SKKU
• Teaching staff who needs facilities for business reason

Single Room : Only applicant himself or herself can stay

Double Room : More than two people are unavailable
(Before check in, your identification card or passport will be checked, No Kids.)

Fare

• Accommodation fee

- Single Room : ₩ 40,000 per day

- Double Room : ₩ 50,000 per day

No deposit (If items are damaged or missing, the cost will be charged to a guest)

Available period of stay : The maximum term is for 6 months. In case of more than 6 months, please contact the manager in charge.

Reservation Application Approval Process

1. How to apply
   • ASIS(SKKU Information system) > Tap the Information Square > Administration Service > Other Applications > Tap the button게스트하우스예약신청[Guest House Reservation Application]
2. Reservation Approval
   • A Guest House manager will approve your reservation after checking your status of booking > Process state will be changed to [Payment Settlement]
   • Approval reservation : Mon ~ Fri 09:00~17:00 / Approval is not available on weekends.
3. Checking Bill
   • ASIS(SKKU Information system) > Tap the Information Square > Administration Service > Other Applications > Guest House Reservation Application > Tap the [Deposit Information] > Tap the [Print the Bill] Button
4. How to Pay
   • Prepayment before Check-in
   • Transfer your fee to a virtual account which is individually given(Card or Tax bill is not available)
   • If your stay is more than 90 days(3 months), it's available to pay seperately in each month  
   • Please pay it before deadline (If your payment isn’t completed until 12 pm of the day before check in, your reservation will be cancelled automatically)

Refund after 10% deduction from your remain days' fee
