All Dormitory students must submit below documents when dormitory check-in date.
If you do not submit one of documents, you can't check-in the dormitory.
(If you already submitted TB test which you checked up after Dec. 2022, you should submit Covid19 test results at this spring semester) please read it carefully.
1. Tuberculosis test results(X-ray)
- Submit the results with file printable(Captured or picture)
- The results must be got after Dec. 2022
(You can submit the results which you checked-up in home land hospital)
- The results should include name, check-up result(normal, no abnormalities), check-up place, check-up date.
2. Covid19 test "Negative" results(PCR or RAT)
- Submit the results with file printable(Captured or picture)
- The test results which you checked up within 7days from your actual check-in date.
(It is ONLY possible to submit which you checked up in KOREA)
(Summer residents: The test results which you checked up within 7days from ealry check-in date(Feb.17th)
- If you got Positve results, you can check-in after discharging quarantine.
(You must submit Negative results or Confirmation of release of quarantine)
- It is not possible to submit of self-examination kit.
- The results must include name, check-up place, check-up date.
- If you got the results by phone message, you must print out the capture message and submit.
(when you submit the result, write down your student number, dorm name, room number)
* If you have ever been infected with Covid-19
- In case of less than 90 days after being released from quarantine: A notice or quarantine(or notice of release) can be submitted in replace of a negative results.
- In case of more than 90 days after being released from quarantine: Negative results must be submitted.
3. How to submit
* Direct dormitory(C/E/G/I/K/M-House): Submit the results to security office of dormtiory when you check-in.
* Leased building(LWG): Submit the results to G-house security office in front of LWG when you check-in.
* Leased building(Vicory house/Crownville A/Crownville C): Submit the results with file(Captured or picture) by e-mail when your check-in date.

-> When you email us, the title of mail should be dormitory name+student ID number+student name (Ex: Victory house_Name_student ID number_student name)
