Dormitory Admission for 2022-Spring Semester

1. Domitory
■ Male Student Dorms: C/E/M-house, Crownville A/C
■ Female Student Dorms:E/G/K-house, Victory-house, Crownville C, LWG
* Students are not guaranteed to be assigned their first choice. Therefore, you must fillout all options(from 1st to 5th choices).
* Prioritized selection is only available for Regular application round. 
 
2. Specific Information (Application Schedule, Dormiotry Fee, Payment. etc.)
Please read it carefully before you apply for your dormitory application.
*Depending on COVID-19 Social Distancing Alert Level, the dormitory fee associated with the amount of single-room operations, or the operating dormitory building might be changed.
 
3. Note
* If you come to Korea  from overseas, you must conduct for 11 days and 10 nights self-quarantine in other accommodation. After quarantine ends, you can check in SKKU dormitory.
(You should show us boarding pass, passport, TB test result sheet, and PCR result paper.)
(SKKU dormitory(Housing Office) doesn't offer quarnatine dorm during Spring semester seperately.)

* Assigning dormitory is not according to in the order of applying. Applying within the application period.
* You cannot revise the contents of application after the application period. It is difficult to reply to inquiries over the weekend or after the office business hour.
* If your payment is not fully made until the registration period, the admission must be cancelled.
* Exchange students must apply for dormitory through [Office of International Relations], email them (   incoming@skku.edu   ). If you apply through GLS you will not be guaranteed a room.
* 2021-Winter vacation dormitory residents must fillout your check-in date on [Feb.12.(Sat)] when you apply for 2022-Spring semester Dormitory application.
 
4. IMPORTANT 
*Mandatory submission of COVID19 test(PCR) results:
All 2022-Spring semester residents must submit COVID19(PCR) test result sheet that is examined within 8 days and 7 nights.(Unable to check in SKKU dorm if your PCR test result paper is not submitted.) Refer to the additional announcement on dormitory homepage, Notice, for further more detailed information.
*Tuberculosis TEST Result: In order to prevent the spread of infections such as coronavirus, it is mandatory for students to submit TB(tuberculosis) test result sheet(notation of abnormalities or completion on recovery) conducted within 2 months on the date of check in.  Dec. 01(Tue) 2021 ~ Feb.19(Sat) 2022, before your official checkin date.
If you have already submitted it as a previous dormitory resident, the result sheet is vaild only during the semester from your TB test date. Therefore, you should submit the new one after re-checkup for this 2022-Spring semester. 
 
5. Housing office
* The office hour   09:00 ~ 17:30 (lunch break : 12:00 ~ 13:00)
