Residence extension application [Winter Semester -> Winter Vacation] 

 

If you want to extend your residence period from [Winter Semester] to [Winter Vacation], please apply for it and pay for extra extension dorm fee as followings.

 

1. Application Subject

: As residents who currently live in Direct Management Dorm of Winter Semester(Official checkou date: 2022.01.01.(Sat)) want to stay longer until (Whole) Winter Vacation(Official checkout date: 2022.02.12.(Sat)).

 

2. Method

Fill in the application form(Google Survey) - Complete your personal information and Submit it.

* Please fill out [Student ID# /Contact# / Email] accurately. If not, your application will not be accepted.

 

3. Application Period

: 2021.12.21.(Tue) ~ 2021.12.28.(Tue)

 

4. Payment Info.

SKKU Housing office staff in charge of dorm recruitment will send you the text message(SMS or King M) individually. After receiving SMS, you should pay for extra dorm extension fee by the next day. (You can check your detailed payment information on GLS directly.)    

 

5. Note

1) Your room might be changed. So, you may move to other new room on 2021.01.01.(Sat) 12:00~.

2) According to dormitory refund regulation, you can get a refund when remain days are more than 30days until the official checkout date. In this case, there will be the 15-day dorm fee deduction(for penality fee).  However, In case of less 30 days(remain days), no refund.
