We inform you to recruit additional dormitory residents as following schedule.

1. Application Period: Feb. 22 (Mon)11:00 AM ~ Feb.23(Tue) 15:00 PM

2. Announcement: Feb. 24(Wed) 17:00   

3. Payment: Feb. 24(Wed) 17:00 ~ Feb. 25(Thu) 23:00

4. Room allotment announcement: Feb. 26(Fri) 17:00

During 1st round dormitory payment period, there are some cases such as unpaid dormitory fee and cancellation. So, we open 2nd additional round application as below, If having more cancellations, the number of recruitment students may be changed.

How to apply

On GLS individually: Log-in King ID -> GLS -> Application / Qualification -> Dormitory application[Additional Recruitment]

Requirements

-SKKU 2021-Spring semester New(Transferred)/Current student(undergrad or grad school)

-The students on a leave of absence cannot apply

-Any students under academic probation(previous semester, under 1.75 score in last semester grade), high penalty points(over 15 points), with postponed graduation or graduates cannot apply)

-In case of having [Unpaid canlleation] or [Dormitory cancellation] in 1st application period.

- Selection principles: Priority selection is applied. New studnets for Department of Global Business Administration/Economics/Leader(major) students

-In principle of allocation of a room for 2 persons, select all the order of over 2 dormitories at least

-Those who can submit a copy of a clear tuberculosis check-up result & COVID19(PCR) result by regular check-in date ***Submission: Submit your TB test& PCR test result paper with writing [your Student ID number/ Dorm Room#] on the top of paper, in dormitory security office when you check in.

Note
-Dorm application is NOT on a first-come, first-served basis. Apply for your dorm within application periods. You cannot modify your application form after closed the application period.

-Unable to change the dorm after you are selected

-The refund is not available after you pay dormitory fee. Please be aware of SKKU dormitory regulation regarding dormitory fee refund.

-The total amount of dormitory expenses varies depending on the type of dormitory building, room type and your residence period.

-In the case of leased building dormitory, you should separately pay for utility charges/management fee, and dormitory fee charged according to your residence period.

-We cannot help you in the event of problems such as application and payments when business hours of Housing office is NOT.( Office hours 09:00~17:30(12:00~13:00 Lunch break))

Dormitory fee is not paid in installments. 

Please do not miss and should careful to apply and pay in time.

-Application Cancellation: You can get your whole payment of the dorm fee, if you click on [Application Cancellation] button on GLS in the day before your check-in date
