a) Check and repair damages of furnishings and equipment b) Listening resident's suggestions or problems c) Main list of inspection for Communal Living - Accomodating non-residents or being visited by non-residents/ room change - Drinking or keeping alcohol/smoking in the dormitory - Room cleanliness - Possession or use of materials causing fire or ignition - Checking and advising other things for better communal living ※ During the inspection period, security manager/staff/resident-assistant may enter the rooms even when residents are out and can impose penalty points if there's any violationviola 5.
