기숙사 생활 콘텐츠 공모전 신청 양식입니다. 
접수 기간 이내에 신청서 작성 후 제출하시기 바랍니다.
홈페이지에 작품을 응모하더라도, 이메일로 신청서를 전송하지 않을 경우 작품이 무효처리 될 수 있습니다.  
반드시 신청서를 작성 후 dorms@skku.edu 로 첨부하여 메일 전송하세요.  
신청 방법 및 자세한 내용은 공지사항을 참고 하시기 바랍니다.

Even if you upload your work in the dorm website, you should send us this application form to our email(dorms@skku.edu).
If you don't send us this application form, your work will not be accepted.
