We are opening dormitory residence applications for 2022-Spring semester as below. Please read the admission information on the website carefully before applying.
※ The dormitory fee have been increased unavoidably due to increased facility management costs caused by water and electric light costs and so on.

■ 1st Announcement : Feb. 3. (Fri) 11:00
■ 1st Payment : Feb. 3. (Fri) 11:00 ~ Feb. 6. (Mon) 23:00
■ Room announcement : Feb. 16. (Thu) 17:00
■ 2nd Application : Feb. 7. (Tue) 11:00 ~ Feb. 9. (Thu) 23:00
■ 2nd Announcement : Feb. 14. (Tue) 11:00
■ 2nd Payment : Feb. 14. (Tue) 11:00 ~ Feb. 15. (Wed) 23:00
■ Room announcement : Feb. 16. (Thu) 17:00

1. Dormitory operation
■ Because of Covid-19, Shin-kwan A/B 4p1r & In-kwan will be opertaed as 2p1r.
※ If Covid-19 status getting worse (Social distancing), Dorm operation will be changed.
2. Dormitory applicants
■ Undergraduate and graduate students of Spring semester, 2023
- Students with postponed graduation of bachelor/master can’t apply.
- Students supposed to be on gap-years on 2023 Spring semester can’t apply.
(Students on gap-year as of Apr. 1. need to be leave the dorm with 15days of penalty)
3. Non Qualified Applicants (Can apply but will be fail)
■ Those who are prohibited from living in the dormitory because of penalty points.
■ Those who get academic warning (Under GPA 1.75) at previous semester.
- A student who repeat the year can’t be selected because GPA is 0.
- If you don’t have GPA of right before semester because of exchange student or only taking the P/F lecture, GPA of previous semester will be applied.
[Students who can’t check-in even qualified and payment]
■ Students who didn’t submit Tuberculosis Normal result which is issued within 2 month.
■ Students who didn’t submit Covid-19 negative result sheet which is issued within 7days.
4. Admission information for applying dormitory.
*You can find applying period, dorm fee, meal fee, cut off point of GPA.

5. How to apply by GLS & FAQ.
6. In case of Residents of Winter vacation, You need to select Feb. 17. as your check-in date in order to stay continuously without check-out.
7. Cafeteria
※Because of Covid-19, cafeteria is operating in reduced scale.
■ Only at Shin-kwan & Ji-kwan
■ For more detail, Please check notice on website.
8. Notice
■ We only can help you at working time. Please check below dorm office working time in order to avoid any problem.
※ Dorm office operating time : 09:00~17:30 of weekdays. (Lunch break : 12:00~13:00)
■ Dorm apply is not first-come first-served system. Please apply on time.
■ You can’t apply or check dormitory on mobile. Please access by PC.
*Your Kingo-M Notification reminder must be ‘ON’
If it’s ‘OFF’, you may not get notice.
