Parcel room in Shin-gwan A is currently open to the public. In order to secure safety and use of space only for the dorm residents, we are going to install the door as below.

1. Work: Installation of Shin-gwan A Parcel room/mailbox entrance door (automatic door) and door lock device

2. Purpose
(1) Restricting the access and use of non-residents and ensuring access records of users, thereby reducing the risk of loss of postal/parcel and strengthening safety management
(2) Secure a narrow parcel room space for private use only (Restricting non-resident)

3. Construction schedule
- Automatic door installation work: Oct.30(Tue) ~ Oct.31 (Wed)
- Door lock installation work: Nov.5. (Mon)

4. Entering Access Permission: Nov. 12. (Mon)~
-Trial operation Nov.5. (Mon) ~ Nov.11.(Sun)

5. Only Shin-gwan A residents can use the parcel room (residents are available 24 hours)

6. Notes
(1) During the construction period noise and dust can be generated, and it is expected that the use of mailboxes and parcel rooms will be limited. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
(2) In case of delivery mistakes, please contact the person in charge at the information desk at the Shin-gwan A.
