For summer vacation open kitchen will be managed like below.

Please check which condition you are in and follow our guidelines.

1. Students who leave the dormitory and do not live in the dormitory during summer vacation

must return their refrigerator container with their room key when they check-out.

- If you don't return it with your key, the fee for the container (10,000 won)

will be paid from your deposit money so your deposit money will be reduced.

2. Students who will live in the dormitory during summer vacation

can use the open kitchen without registering again.

- ★★★However, if your dormitory change from Ui-gwan to another gwan or from another gwan to Ui-gwan,

you must return the container with your previous key and register for vacancy again.

(Every Ui-gwan residents use Ui-gwan open kitchen and the other gwan residents use In-gwan open kitchen)

3. Students who are not using the open kitchen now,

but want to use the kitchen during summer vacation should register for the vacancies.

- Registering period: June 25, 09:00~17:00

- How to register: Come to Shin-gwan or Ui-gwan office with your student ID card and room key.

(If you will live in Ui-gwan, visit Ui-gwan office.

If you will live in dormitory other than Ui-gwan, visit Shin-gwan office.)

- For now, the open kitchen is fully filled with students.

Please notice that if every registered students keep live in the dorm and use the kitchen,

there will be no vacancy for new users.
