Shin-Gwan 4 person 4 rooms Fan Rental application and receiving period is extended.

Our dormitory have the heating and cooling facility by Central Supply System.

Before the period of operating the cooling system, cooling and heating system can not be simultaneously provided. Also, the cooling and heating system need to be altogether stopped for the air conditioning equipment pipe cleaning operation.

During this period, fans can be lent to students living in 4 person 4 rooms of which temperature rises rapidly because of the dormitory structure.

* Other room type residents can purchase fans and use those in rooms.

■ Subject : Students living in 4 person 4 rooms in Sin-gwan

■ Application Period : 11th Apr.(Mon) ~ 6th May (Fri.)   *Period extended.

■ Application : To go to apply (◀ click)

■ Fan Receipt Period : 12th Apr.(Tue) ~ 8th May (Sun)   *Period extended.

■ Method of Receipt : Visit information desk of Shin-gwan A/B and pick up the rental fan.   

                                      (※ Must bring the student identification card)

                                      (※ Receipt is possible on the day after the application)

■ Fan Recovery Period and Procedure : Staffs will visit the room among 23th. May (Mon) ~ 25th. May (Wed) and the rental fans will be collected.

※ When you go out, please certainly turn it off. Don't use it with covering the towel or clothes, and etc. Certainly adhere to the general safety regulations so that the fire accident doesn't may happen by the overheating.

※ The repair/purchasing cost can be claimed to the student personally if the loss of the rental fan or malfunction is incurred.
