This is for dealing with long-period neglected bicycles and motorcycles spoiling the dorm appearance, and blocking the passage. After the end of our designated registration period, all neglected or unregistered bicycles will be disposed. The registration is implemented every semester, and once registered, your facility is systematically managed during the effective period of one year. It would be greatly appreciated for you to cooperate with our operation following the below instruction.
◆ The target of registration : All bicycles/motorcycles using the racks in the dorm (Also, the relevant facility needs to be registered again regardless of the past registration.)
◆ When : OCT 22 ~ NOV 23
◆ How to register : finding the ID no. > registering on the GLS > attaching the identification cable tie by obtaining it
◆ How to find the bicycle ID no. :
The bicycle ID no. is a serial number uniquely engraved on the surface of every bicycle to cope with the accident such as its loss or theft. Largely, it is inscribed in the body part below the handle or in the linking part between the body part and the pedal crank. And it is about ten-digit number composed of a combination of numbers and alphabets, or only numbers. *In case of a motorcycle, it is necessary to find the license plate or the ID no.
◆ How to register the bicycle on the GLS :
1. First, find the ID no. of your own bicycle (on registration, the application is invalid without the input of the ID no.)
2. GLS log-in > Application/Graduation Requirements Management > Dormitory > Application of facility usage > Click [ADD] button > Agree after reading the regulation (∨-mark check) > Facility Category : Select “bicycle/motorcycle” > Input the Vehicle ID no. > Click [SAVE] button
◆ How to get and attach the identification cable tie for the registration
1. Visit the desk information of your dorm at 3p.m. next day after the registration. (However, when registering on Friday afternoon or weekends, it is available to get the tie after 3p.m. next Monday.)
2. Receive the yellow ID cable tie where the specific registration no. is written.
3. Fasten it tightly to be easily seen around the front side of the handle.
