Our dormitory is going to perform “2015 Fall Semester Simulated Fire Drill for Safe Evacuation.” Every resident is required to attend it once or more during the following drill period. It is enough to attend at least once with your attendance check. In case of complete absence across the whole drill period, you will get the penalty of 2 points according to our regulation.

◈. First drill : Actual evacuation and fire safety drill. fire extinguisher exercise

- When : 17:00 ~ 18:00, Wed, Sept. 16, 2015

- Where: each dormitory

- When fire alarm sounds, every resident leaves out of their room, and gathers at the designated evacuation place fast and safely. There, fire safety education and fire extinguisher exercise will be offered. Thereafter, all participants will be dismissed after roll-call.

◈. Second drill : fire safety education, and fire extinguisher exercise

- When : 14:00 ~ 15:00, Mon, Sept. 21, 2015

- Where: Shin-Gwan B-dong auditorium, and the road in front of Shin-Gwan (vehicle-restricted zone)

- Every resident gathers at the designated education place to attend the related education including a fire extinguisher exercise. Thereafter, all participants will be dismissed after roll-call.

◈. Third drill : fire safety education

- When : 19:00 ~ 19:30, Tues, Sept. 22, 2015

- Where: Shin-Gwan B-dong auditorium

- Every resident gathers at the designated education place to attend the related education including a fire extinguisher exercise. Thereafter, all participants will be dismissed after roll-call.

◈. Submission of the document showing the reason of absence

When residents were absent for some unavoidable reasons, they must visit the dorm office to submit the related document to be acknowledged as an exception.

How : direct visit to the Shin-gwan A-dong dorm office

(submission through an e-mail or fax is not allowed.)

- Submitted Document : following cases only.

. Class schedule printed out from the GLS (showing that you attended classes during the whole drill period.)

. Certificate of business trip or conference attendance

(with conference pamphlets being attached or mobile phone number of your tutor (academic adviser) being recorded)

. Certificate of hospital treatment

. Certificate of teaching practice (with the related period being recorded)

※ The above document must demonstrate the reason of your complete absence during the whole drill period.
