  The whole dormitory room inspection will be carried out for safe and comfortable dorm life of our residents, and therefore your active cooperation would be greatly appreciated. 

DETAILED INFORMATION

1. Area inspected: The whole dorm rooms (In-Gwan, Ui-Gwan, Ye-Gwan, Ji-Gwan, and Shin-Gwan)
2. Date & time: (1) Check-in inspection: 16th of Mar. (Mon) ~ 5th of Apr. (Sun)  (2) Periodic inspection: 4th of May (Mon) ~ 24th of May (Sun)
3. Method of inspection: During the above period, the life guidance assistant will personally visit and inspect every dorm room.
4. Inspection points
  (1) Admittance or lodgment of being accompanied with the non-resident, and exchange of room with other resident.
  (2) Keeping or drinking liquor, or smoking.
  (3) Cleaning and equipment states
  (4) Keeping or using ignition materials such as inflammables and burning incense.
  (5) Other violations of the dorm regulation and rule.
  (6) Acceptance of inconvenient details.

※ Regardless of the absence of relevant residents, it is possible to discretionally open the door, and inspect the room. Keep in mind that all violators will get penalty points for their violation items.
※ For male room, male life guidance assistant will inspect it, and for female room, female life guidance assistant will do it.
