The check-out time for semester 2 dormitory is 20 December (Sat) noon. However for students who cannot check out on that day for personal reason or plan to live for winter period, we offer one day extension. 1. Eligible Applicant-All students who are currently living at dormitory, and who are planning to live during winter session(either whole vacation or for winter semester).(Compulsory)-Students who cannot check out before 20 December(Sat) noon for personal reason, and willing to extend the check out to 21 December(Sun) noon.

Applying to Extend the Term of Residence by One Day at the End of Semester 2, 2014 Visit the management office > Check the payment account and account number > Pay the dormitory fee > submit the confirmation of payment with administration form until 16 December 17:00 *In/Ui/Ye/Ji-gwan Residents : Visit Ui-gwan or Shin-gwan management office*Shin-gwan Residents : Visit Shin-gwan management office 4. Notes 1) Refund or cancellation after payment is not possible. Please think thoroughly before applying the extension. 2) If you fail to submit the payment confirmation, you may get disadvantage although you did pay for the fee. 3) Students who are living for winter period must move their rooms at 21 December morning(Cannot move at 20 December). 5. FAQ (1) Why don't you include the extension fee with semester 2 or winter semester dormitory fee? Why do we have to visit the office for application. - The extension itself is not compulsory for all students. Since most of students prefer to check out on the regular check out day, we do not want students to pay the fee they do not wish to pay. Also, since regular check in day is sunday, the one day extension is payment for the room you are currently living in. The dormitory fee is likely be changed if the room you are living now and the room you will live on winter period is different. Therefore we take one day extension separately and ask for payment during certain period despite your inconveniency.
(2) Must I submit the payment confirmation right after the payment? - We only take the payment confirmation during the period of application. However, the payment must be within the period of application and also if you fail to submit the payment confirmation, you may get disadvantages; there is a change that your application will be omitted.
(3) Is there any reasons why I can only know the payment details by visiting the office? - This is because most of students confuse the dormitory fee. Although you need to pay the dormitory fee of the room for semester 2, some students pay the fee of the room they will live during winter period. This is the main reason why staff members check and guide specifically on how much you need to pay for the dormitory. We are currently working on our GLS system to apply for the one day extension.
