▣ Check out process
1. Submit Check out list: GLS-Application/Graduation management-Dorm-Check out list
2. Take all your belongings out and clean your room.
3. Close the window, turn off the heater/air conditionor, light off, lock the door.
4. [Shin-kwan] Visit dorm office or information desk, return your key and sign at list.
5. Deposit will be refunded within 3 weeks after all check out process is done.
※ 10,000 will be deducted if you lost key, mattress cover or not clean your room.
※ If you will stay at same room continuously, you don't have to check out. (You need to submit check in list)
▣ Check out date: by Noon (12:00) of regular check out date
- You can check out earlier than regular check out date.
- Please avoid late night check out because You may bothering other students.
- If you don't check out until regular check out date, you wil get the penalty points.
▣ Standard of check out
- Take all your belongings out. Room must be empty.
- Return the key and submit check out list.

▣ Standard of cleaning
※ Below pictures are just for your reference. Not the standard.
1. In case of leaving your belongings or not clean the dust of waste.
2. If you don't empty your trash can at the room or toilet(Shin-kwan)
3. In case of leaving dust, hair, foot print etc on room floor.
 
4. [Shin-kwan] In case of not clean toilet or washstand which need to scrap.
5. [Shin-kwan] In case of leaving hair and waste at the drainage hole of shower room.
▣ Cases of deposit deduction or charging extra fee
1. Stains left on the mattress which are not reported on the check in list.
2. Damage or loss for part of furniture such as drawers, closet or desk.
3. Missing equitment such as router, remote controller, trash can, mattress cover, etc.
4. In case that you don't apply for repairing even damaged.
▣ Othere notice
- Remaing stuff after your check out will be discarded. Please check your room carefully before leaving.
- Regarding storage, expired stuff will be discarded. Dorm office never take the reposibility for missing, damaged ruggage.
