 ☆OPEN KITCHEN Applicaiton for 2024-winter semester ☆

*자율주방은 외국인 학생만 이용 가능합니다.

1. Kitchen Location

- In-kwan B1F : For In/Ui/Ye/Ji/Shin-kwan residents.

- Ui-kwan 1F : Only for Ui-kwan residents.

2. Using period

- Winter of 2024 : DEC 21st 2024 ~ FEB 22nd 2025

3. How to apply

Current users also need to apply for kitchen again.

If you don't, You can't use kitchen on winter.

● Application period: DEC 4th(Wed) 10:00 ~ DEC 10th(Tue) 10:00

● Only foreign residents can apply it.

● How to apply: Click the link (Google form) ▷ Fill out the blanks▷ Submit

4. Announcement of results

● On DEC 13th(Fri) 17:00

● Individual guidance via email (including cabinet number information)

5. How to be assigned cabinet.

- On a First-come first-served basis. And being assigned at cabinet ramdomly.

- If you are continuouse user, You will be assigned at same cabinet.

- If you want to change your cabinet, Please come to dorm office before start the application.

- You can get the information email if you are allocated.

6. Notes

- Please apply only once.If you try twice, your priority will be pushed back.

- If you want to amend your application after submit, Please send us E-mail.

7. Register fingerprint for In-kwan kitchen

-All new residents need to register the fingerprint in order to use In-kwan kitchen.

<How to register fingerprint>

1) Visit In-kwan security office (Information desk)

2) Asking security officer to register fingerprint. (Check your student ID)

3) Using fingerprint when you enter the In-kwan.
