Dormitory carries out periodic room inspection on every room for residents’ safe life.
Please cooperate with the inspection.
1. Inspection Area: all rooms (In/Ui/Ye/Ji/Shin-kwan)
2. Date: 2024.11.04.(Mon)~2024.11.15.(Fri)
(*Refer to the below table for detailed inspection schedule)
3. Inspection method:
During the above period, the dormitory assistant will personally visit the rooms and carry out inspection.
4. Inspection points
(1) Admittance or lodgment of being accompanied with the non-resident, and exchange of room
with other residents.
(2) Keeping or drinking liquor, or smoking.
(3) Cleaning and equipment states.
(4) Keeping or using ignition materials such as inflammables and burning incense.
(5) Other violations of the dorm regulation and rule.
(6) Acceptance of inconveninet details of life in dorm.
※ 1st visit: If there is no one in the room, assistant do not carry out inspection.
※ 2nd visit: Carry out inspection on every room which did not carry out on 1st visit
(Regardless of the absence of residents, it is possible to discretionally open the door.)
※ For male room, male assistant will carry out inspection, and for female room, female assistant will
carry out inspection.
