This application will be made on a first-come first-served basis and the cabinet number is given randomly.
(But, Current users on a first-come, first-served basis can use the same cabinet. But if you want to change the
cabinet number, ask for it by email during the application period.
And current users should also register it AGAIN. If you don't, you are cancelled automatically.
