Temporary check-in for Offline final-exam

(2020-spring)

We will be accepting applications for students who will be taking offline exams for the 2020 spring semester. The specific details are as below.

(We are not responsible for any disadvantages caused by your do not read the notice.)

- final exam period : 2020.06.20.~2020.06.27. (7nights)

- Shin-kwan 2people for 1room (10,950won*7nights= 76,650won)

- GLS ▷Application/Graduation Requirements Management ▷ Dormitory ▷ Reserve (waiting list)

All students who pass the dormitory in the spring semester are selected regardless of the waiting number.

4. Dorm fee refund policy.

- Full refund(100%) : if you cancel the dorm before check-in date.

- No refund : Leaving dorm in the mid.

-Dormitory fee is not refundable because it is regarded as entering the room even if you did not enter the room after application and payment.

※ Important notice

- All students can apply for one room for two people Shin-kwan.

- Do not apply for meal tickets

- One room per person is not the standard.

- It is only for about a week, we would like to inform you that it is difficult to consider your sleeping habits and lifestyle. It is also impossible to apply for a dome mate.

** Student who from abroad , self-quarantine persons, and people with symptoms within 2 weeks prior to admission must notify the dormitory office of the details. Also they can enter the room after finished self-quarantine.
