2015학년도 하계방학 전체기간동안 기숙사 인/의/예/지관에 거주한 학생들에게 보증금 환불 과정 중 이중으로 환불되는 일이 발생하였습니다. (9월 4일 두차례 환불금 입금이 발생)

이에, 이중 환급이 되어 보증금 환수 대상자인 학생들에게 개별 가상계좌를 발급하여 이중 환불 된 보증금을 회수하고자 지난 9월에 이어 10월에도 2차 회수용 개별 가상계좌를 발급하였으나 미납자가 발생하였습니다. 미납 학생들에게는 GLS에 등록된 문자 및 이메일로 개별 가상계좌와 입금해야할 금액을 다시 안내해렸으며, 첨부파일에서도 이를 확인할 수 있습니다. (9월, 10월에 발행되었던 가상계좌는 납부기간이 종료되어 사용할 수 없으며, 새로 발급된 계좌로 납부를 해야 합니다.)

만약 9~10월 중 이미 납부를 하였으나, 이번에 미납자로 분류되어 새로운 가상계좌를 받았다면 납부여부 확인절차가 필요하오니 반드시 기숙사 운영실 또는 행정실로 연락 바랍니다.★★★

보증금은 일반적으로 3만원이나, 열쇠/출입카드 분실, 청소 불량 등으로 차감된 금액이 이중 환불된 경우도 있어 환수를 위해 청구된 금액이 개인별로 약간 다를 수 있습니다.

이중 환불을 받은 학생들은 개별 문자, 이메일을 확인하거나 첨부파일을 열어 본인에게 부여된 가상계좌로 이중 환불된 보증금을 입금해주시면 됩니다. 발행된 가상계좌의 납부기한인 11월 30일까지 오환불 사항에 대해 입금을 해줄 것을 당부드립니다.

Due to our internal system error, there occurred the double refund when the deposit of the 2015 whole-summer-vacation-residents at the dormitories, such as the In-gwan, Ui-gwan, Ye-gwan, and Ji-gwan was refunded (On Sept. 4, the same refund was twice made to the same person.)

Accordingly, we issued the virtual bank account to every ex-resident responsible for returning the overpaid amount respectively with the deadline of Oct. 30. However, some students didn’t comply with our request. In case of those students, we again gave the information on the individual virtual bank account, and the relevant exact amount via the phone number or e-mail address registered on the GLS, with the attachment regarding it (Of course, as the account first issued in Sept. or Oct. was expired, the above student must use the one newly reissued from us for sending the required money.)

If you have received the new account despite your completion of the required return last month, please never fail to report it to the dorm or housing offices. ★★★

The refund is generally ￦30,000, but there may be some individual difference in the amount of the return because of the difference of the deduction due to the reason such as the loss of keys/access cards, or the unclean room state, etc.

The termination date of newly issued bank account is Nov. 30. Please return the overpaid amount until the said date. You can find your new account No. in attached file.
