[Notice in English] Moving Out Procedure for 2012

Moving Out Procedure for 2012 Fall Semester 
 
This notice concerns the appropriate procedure for moving out of the dormitories.
 
Please check the information below carefully.
 
 
 
1. Checking out
 
 
 
A.    Moving out date: 2012 Dec 22 (Sat) until 12:00 Noon
 
-      2012 fall semester residents who will also reside during the winter session/vacation must apply for 1 day extension in their own dormitory.
 
→As fall semester housing period is until 2012 Dec 21. And winter vacation housing period starts on 2012 Dec 23. You must extend your stay for Dec 22

B.    How to move out
 
1)     Clean out your room
 
2)     Fill out ‘Equipment Form’
 
3)     Leave the room door locked behind you
 
4)   Check room and facility damages and lost key(s)
 
5)     Return key(s) and Equipment Form to the dormitory office
 
6)     Room key and facility damage must be reported.
 
Each resident must make an appointment with dormitory staff for the room to be checked and signed off. If sharing a room, only one designated person is required to be present. Please note the details of the person who checked your room.
 
C.    Luggage storage
 
1)     Residents can store a maximum of 3 boxes.
 
2)   Valuables and fragile items (including PCs) cannot be stored, as the dormitory does not take any responsibility for any damage.
 
3)     Please do not leave any items in a vacated room. Residents will be billed for the removal of any abandoned personal items, and for any cleaning/maintenance costs incurred due to room left in poor conditions.
 
4)     Stored boxes must be picked up within 7 days. Items that are unclaimed after 7 days will be discarded
 
D.    Storage location:
 
-     In / Eui / Ye-gwan ☞ In-gwan B1
 
-      Ji-gwan ☞ Ji-gwan B1
 
-        Shin-gwan ☞ Shin-gwan (A) B2
 
E.    Refund of deposit
 
-        Record your bank account number on GLS, under the “Registration Refund Bank Account & Photo” tab
 
-        GLS Registration Period: 2012 Dec 11 (Tue) ~ Dec 21 (Sat) 23:00
 
-        Please ensure to record your bank account information correctly on GLS. If you do not record your bank account number in accordance, your refund will be delayed. 
 
-        Deposits will be refunded 3 weeks after residency termination.
 
2. Fail to Check-out (Except Applicants of Extension of Stay)
 
→ Residents that do not vacate their room by the designated date or fails to submit the key and equipment form will not receive the deposit refund and will not be allowed to enter the dormitory for 1 year.  
 
→ Extra Fee will be invoiced for residents who leave the room in poor condition or damaged dormitory facilities.
