- Winter session: Dec 23(Sun) ~ Jan 15(Tue) 12:00(23 days)
2. Application Period
- Winter vacation: Dec 5 (Wed) ~ Dec 9 (Sun) 23:00
- Winter session: Dec 10(Sun) ~ Dec 12(Wed) 23:00

4. Eligibility: SKKU Undergraduates and Graduates
5, How to apply:
Online registration by filling out and submitting dormitory application on GLS system
1) Log on the GLS: http://www.skku.edu -> “Kingo Portal” (upper side) -> “GLS”(upper side) -> Application/Graduation Requirements Management -> Application for Support of College Life -> Dormitory Application
2) Choose a Meal Plan (Refer to the announcement on Meal Plan options)
3) Must agree to dormitory regulation
7. Announcement Date:After Dec 14 (Fri) 15:00 p.m on the GLS
8. Dormitory Payment Period: Dec 14 (Fri) ~ Dec 19 (Wed) 23:00
- Print the bill from GLS, and make payment for the amount listed on GLS: transfer to virtual account number
- If payment is not made within the given period, application will be dropped automatically.
10. Check-in Date: After Dec 23 (Sun) 13:00
* The information about early check-in will be updated on the NOTICE board on the dormitory website (dorm.skku.edu)
11. Announcements:
1) Fall semester dormitory check-out date is Saturday 22 December 12:00and the start of fall semester dormitory is Sunday 23 December, so there is 1 day of late check-out period. Those continuing to stay in the dormitory from fall semester to winter vacation, there will be a late check-out application period. Students who are only staying for the fall semester cannot apply for the late check-out.
2) Please be careful of your second choices. Do not apply for a room type for the Second Choice if you are not willing to live in it. If you choose to not enter the second choice dormitory, you may receive disadvantages in the next dormitory application.
*In case student chooses only one room type and fails to get 1st round room assignments, they will be assigned to another unoccupied room.
3) Before applying the dormitory, must read and agree to the dormitory regulation and the notice of meal plan.
4) If you wish to leave dormitory in the middle of the vacation, there will be deductible fee from the chosen meal plan. No refund will be made after January 25 (less than 30 days left from the period of residence)
1. Student without meal plan: Deduct of 15 days worth of maintenance fee
2. Students with Meal plan: Deduct of 15days (Maintenance fee + Meal)
5) If you abandon dormitory application after being accepted, you will be charged a fine depending on the period
- Abandon before August 17: deduct 20,000won
- Abandon 15 days or less before check-in date: deduct 10% of dormitory fee
