<의관 냉난방기 교체 공사 시행 안내 / Ui-kwan Construction Notice>

의관 노후화 시설 환경 개선을 위해 이번 2025학년도 2학기에 냉난방 공사를 실시합니다.

본 공사는 기숙사생 여러분의 불편을 최소화하기 위하여 하절기 및 동절기를 피해서 시행됩니다.

공사 완료까지 약 1개월이 소요될 예정이며 공사기간중 의관 전체의 냉난방 이용이 불가하며 공사 소음이 발생할 수 있습니다. 또한 호실 내 냉난방기 교체를 위해 작업자가 호실을 방문할 예정입니다. 따라서 의관을 지원하는 학생은 이 점을 반드시 숙지하여 지원하시기 바랍니다.

기숙사 신청시 1~8지망으로 의관을 지원한 학생에 한하여 의관을 배정하며, 지원자가 적어 잔여호실이 생기더라도 의관을 지망하지 않았다면 배정되지 않습니다.

의관에 배정된 이후, 공사소음 및 냉난방을 이유로 퇴사하게 되더라도 일반 중도퇴사와 동일하게 처리됩니다. (잔여일에서 15일치 기숙사비를 차감하고 환불)

■ 공사기간: 2025.10.10(금) ~ 2025.11.06(목)

■ 공사대상: 의관 전체 호실

■ 호실 방문 공정 일정 

    - 3층: 10월 13일(월) ~ 10월 19일(토) 08;00-17;00

     -2층: 10월 20일(월) ~ 10월 26일(토) 08;00-17;00

     -1층: 10월 27일(월) ~ 11월 01일(토) 08;00-17;00

■ 특이사항: 공사기간 중 전체 냉난방 불가

We will carry out heating and cooling system construction in Ui-kwan during the 2025 Fall Semester. To minimize inconvenience, the construction will be carried out between the hottest period and winter seasons.

The construction is expected to take approximately one month, and noise may occur during the construction period. During this time, heating and cooling will be unavailable. We ask for your understanding and cooperation.

Please note that even if a dorm resident chooses to check out due to construction noise or the unavailability of heating and cooling, the standard mid-term check-out policy will apply. (15 day penalty fee will be deducted from the refund.)

If you plan to apply for Ui-kwan in the 2025 Fall Semester, please carefully review this notice before applying.

The construction schedule is subject to change depending on the situation. Dormitory staff will enter each room to replace the fan unit. Please cooperate during the visit.

This construction will carry out for improve facilities and the living environment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
