[Information of Applying Dormitory for Winter vacation 2024]
Application of Dormitory for 2024 Winter vacation will be started as below. Please be informed that All information about dorm applying is on attached file. Please read carefully in order to avoid any problem caused by misunderstanding.
1. Application schedule
<1st Application>
※ Application : 2024.11.21.(Thu) 11:00 ~ 2024.11.25.(Mon)
※ Announcement : 2024.11.29.(Fri) 11:00
※ Payment : 2024.11.29.(Fri) 11:00 ~ 2024.12.03.(Tue)
<2nd Application>
※ Application : 2024.12.04.(Wed) 11:00 ~ 2024.12.08.(Sun)
※ Announcement : 2024.12.12.(Thu) 11:00
※ Payment : 2024.12.12.(Thu) 11:00 ~ 2024.12.16(Mon)
<Room announcement> 2024.12.20.(Fri) 17:00
<3rd Application-Waiting list> 2024.12.18.(Wed) 11:00 ~ 2025.02.04.(Tue)
※ If residents of fall semester apply for waiting list for summer vacation, assigning at same room is not available.
2. Residence period
※ Whole Winter vacation : 2024.12.21.(Sat) ~ 2025.02.22.(Sat) [63 nights & 64 days]
※ Only for Winter semester : 2024.12.21.(Sat) ~ 2025.01.11.(Sat) [21 nights & 22 days]
3. Mandatory submit of Tuberculosis test result
※ New residents of winter vacation need to submit TB test result.
※ If you stay from fall semester continuously or submitted TB test report after 2024.10.01, You don’t need to re-submit for this semester.
4. Select room type
※ Shin-kwan B will be closed on vacation. / Shin-kwan A is for Graduate/Undergraduate student & Male/Female.
5. Notice
※ If you apply only for winter semester, you could extend to whole period later. But, there might be possiblity of changing the room. And if there is no vacancy, you cannot extend.
※ Dormate is available only at 1st application. Freshman is not available for dormate.
※ When you apply for dormate, all applicants should select same schedule.(whole vacation or only for winter semester)
※ Freshman for Graduated student of Spring semester of 2025 can't apply for the dorm. But there is vacancy after 1st and 2nd selection, they also can apply for the dorm.(But, graduating student who has undergraduate student's ID can apply for dorm.)
※ During vacation, part of buildings or floors will be closed due to energy-saving, room cleaning, and maintenance, so most student must be assingned to a new room and move.
※ Dorm application is not available at mobile. Please use PC.
※ Please make mobile Kingo-M PUSH alarm 'ON' for all categories. If you make it 'OFF', You could be not informed about important notice.
※ Please take note that after Office hour or on weekends, we can't help you.(Dorm office hour : 09:00~17:30 on weekdays. Lunch break 12:00~13:00)
※ During application period, there will be lot of inquiries, so you may wait a lot or phone call is not available. Please well check attached guidance before asking.
