1. How to check the results and invoices.

The results of the first round for 2019-fall can be found in the individual GLS. (GLS-Dorm Info.)
After paying until Aug.23.(Sun) 23:00, registration is completed.
*Because the payment end date is the weekend, it is difficult for us to help you if you have problem for a bank or account issue on that day. Please try to pay on weekdays (Payment can only be made as an exact amount during the period shown on the invoice.)

You may have been selected for another dormitory than the one you have applied for, so please make sure to pay after check the dormitory on the GLS and pay only if you wish to register. If you fail to pay within the period, your application will be canceled automatically.

FAQ

1. I am a freshman or a priority candidate for the fall semester. But I wasn't selected for the dorm I wanted, why?
Even if student have a priority for select, we can't select all the students to the limited dormitory. Therefore, students will compete in GPA based on their dormitory, freshmen select randomly.
*Freshmen in March are not eligible for priority selection in fall semester.

2. I chose one dormitory where I only wanted to, but I was assigned to another dormitory. Why?
If you have chosen your preferred dormitory only in your first preference but do not meet the GPA cut-line, you will be selected and assigned to the remaining dormitory. If there is no remaining dormitory, you will be fail to select.

3. Do student who have the priority / admissions have the same GPA cut-line?
 In this round, we have cut-lines that are lower than or equal to normal. Priority candidates will have a GPA competition between that department, and all priority/admissions applicants are selected at a fixed rate in proportion to the dormitory.

4. What happened to the dormate selection?
Dormate checks for room assignments for students who have completed payment/registration. As regulation, the results of the room assignments indicate whether the dormate is confirmed, but we will notify you by Kingo alarm of your acceptance of dormate around Aug.13., after the first registration finishing. You can check the exact room number after Aug. 29.(Thu) 17:00 on GLS.
