Summer Semester→ Whole Summer Vacation Residence Period Change (Extension) Application Notice
1. Eligibility for Application: Among students who applied for ‘Summer semester period’, and currently living in dorm,
Students who wish to extend the stay to 'Whole summer vacation period' and continuously live in dorm.
★However, some of the residents who apply for extension may not be selected at the same roomtype.
If the capacity is exceeded, it may be assigned to 2~8 preference.
2. Application period: 2019. 7. 2.(Tue) 09:00 ~ 7. 7.(Sun) 23:00
3. How to apply: GLS → Dorm application (only PC is available)
4. Payment period: 2019. 7. 9.(Tue) 10:00 ~ 7. 11.(Thu) 23:00
5. How to make payment: GLS → Dorm info. → Print Invoice → Transfer money
6. Announcement of room number
(1) Same room assigner will get KINGO M alarm on 2019.7.12.(Fri) 13:00
(2) Announcement of room number: 2019.7.12(Fri) 17:00 on GLS
7. Important Notes
(1) There isn't an additional application session once you miss the application and payment due date. Also you must check-out no later than Jul.13, 2019 12:00.
(Additional application will be available after Jul. 15, 09:00. You need to check the vacancies on website.)
(2) and you can check your room number on GLS after Jul. 12. 17:00.
(3) According to dorm policy, Extension applicants may have to move the room.
In that case, you need move to the newly assigned room on Jul. 13.(Sat) check-out confirmation by the room assistant will be starting from 12:00.
(It is for the efficient operation and energy reduction, moving room is unavoidable.)
(5) When apply for extension, there is a charge of deposit fee again. Summer semester deposit fee will be returned to your account during July.
But, due to poor cleaning and damage/loss on facilities, deposit can be deducted.
