Therefore, students who apply for meal plan or Shin-gwan GYM must prepare their student ID card (card / mobile) in advance.

■ Issuance of Student ID Card

1. Freshmen: contact Office of Student Affairs (<<CLICK HERE)

2. How to use mobile ID card: download "KINGO M" application at Appstore/Playstore

*In case of changing student ID number (ex: undergraudate→graduate, master's degree→doctoral degree  or research assistant , please note that you need to select the mobile student ID card that corresponds to the current student number.

■ How to check remaining meal tickets / How to check fitness center access history

■ How to use dormitory cafeteria's electronic meal ticket (only for those who have applied for meal plan)

1. Available period using electronic meal ticket: Mar. 2. (Sat) lunch ~ Jun. 22.(Sat) breakfast
*because from Feb.24.(Sun) to Mar.2.(Sat) breakfast was not included in the meal plan calculation,  using meal tickets in this period is not available. Students who want use the cafeteria must pay with a credit card / check card or cash.

2. How to give meal tickets: Individual amount of meal tickets is inputted into the student ID card at once, and it is deducted one by one for each use.

3. Available only cafeteria of the applicant's own dormitory (for example,Shin-gwan resident can not be used in Ji-gwan cafeteria)

■ How to use Shin-gwan GYM (Only for those who apply for and pay the monthly fee)

1. Students will automatically be given access from the 1st to the last day of each month, so when students enter the GYM, tag your student ID at the reader machine.
