Dormitory is running a registration system for bicycle and motorcycle in order to use the limited area of the dormitory efficiently. Bicycles’ and motorcycles’ registration is to prevent the parking space from overloading.

We are noticing about the registration, dormitory residents should register bicyles and motorcycles on GLS.

Even though we have notified about registration with warning ticket on bicycles and motorcycles, some students haven’t register their bicycles yet. Therefore dormitory is going to remove non-registered bicycles  and motorcycles until Oct. 15th.

■ Removal Object: Every bicycles and motorcycles without permission tag near In/Ui/Ji/Shin-gwan bycycle parking space.

- Bicycles(Motorcycles) which registered on 2018-Spring semester/ Summer vacation
  or 2018-Fall semester should have  yellow or blue permission tag near the handle.

■ Removal process: Cut the bicycle lock starting Oct. 15th → temporarily store until Oct. 31st → disposal on Nov. 1st (through Jangangu office, donate to the neighbors in need)

■ If you want to take back stored bicycle, visit dorm office during office hours(09:00~17:30)

(Bring the evidence that can show us which one is your bicycle among collected bicycles.)

■ The bicycle parking place is for dormitory residents. Please use other parking places if you’re not dormitory resident.
