DORMITORY (SEOUL)

※ Family or friends are not allowed to enter the dorm.

※ Please check the room number at 5 pm on Friday, December 20th then enter the room on the check-in date.

※ Room number confirmation is available on GLS.

◆ The Check-in Date

1. Saturday December 21st 2024 : E/K-House  (15:00~22:00)

2. Sunday December 22nd 2024 ~ : E/K-House (09:00~22:00)

 ※ You can't get a refund for your no-show days.

◆ Check-in procedure and check point

1.  When arriving, visit the information desk or security office to sign the check-in list, register fingerprints, and submit tuberculosis examination results.

2. If you are assigned to the same dorm room as the first semester, you can continue living in that room.

3. If your room has changed, you can move at 15:00.

4. To follow the disease prevention rules required in common life, please submit the result of the TB test before check-in.

 ※ Resident residing continuously from Spring semester to Summer Vacation are exempt from submitting TB-test

2.  Please check the equipment condition in your room thoroughly.

3.  Do not change the room's password before your roommates come into the room.  

◆ Renting the cart

1.  We lend L-type cart 

2.  Place: Eech dorm's security office.

3. How to rent: After depositing your ID Card or Cell phone, write down the name on the rent list.

4.  Time: ~22:00 (You must return in 15 minutes)

5.  Lose/Breakage: The lender is responsible for the loss 

◆ Parking

1. E/K- House: Park each dorm's parking lot 

2. If you park in the SKKU, you should pay an extra parking fee.   

◆ Package delivery

1.  After announcing the room number, write down the address room number, and name on the parcel, and then send it to the dorm.
