2. Inspection Period:  November. 11. 2024.(Mon) ~ November. 17.(Sun)   One Day during the period

3. How: Housing office staff/resident assistants will check every room during the inspection.

               ※  You don't have to wait in the room.

4. Main Contents

 A)  Checking for damage to facilities and equipment (Repairs and other measures to be taken)

 B)  Listening to suggestions or inquiries from residents

 C)  Check-list required for communal living

  -  Living/Entering of non-residents, Unauthorized room change 

  -  Drinking/Keeping alcohol/Smoking in the dormitory, Room cleanliness

  -  Inspection of aged facilities, use of standard multi-sockets

    (Including overload cut and grounding capabilities) 

  -  Keeping or using inflammable substances

  -  Checking the residents’ health and advising on better communal living

※ During the inspection period, Security staff/resident assistants may enter the rooms

     even if residents are out and can impose penalty points if there's any violation.

◆  Examples of Unclean Rooms and Deposit Deduction

(These photos are just for reference.) 

▶  In case of leaving garbage without throwing away trash in the trash bin or toilet bin in your room

▶  In case of leaving dust, hair, footprint, beverage spilled, etc. on the room floor

▶  In case of having stains on a toilet and a sink (Including red or black strip-shaped contamination)

▶  In case of leaving hair and waste, etc on a drain in the shower room

▶  Please change the non-standard to the standard power strip.

☞  During the inspection period, staff may enter your rooms when you're outside.
