1. Inspection Objects: All residents in Myeongryun Haksa
2. Inspection Period: One day May. 08. 2023.(Mon) ~ May. 14.(Sun)
3. How: Housing office staff/Resident-assistants will check every room during the inspection period.
※ You don't have to wait in the room.
4. Main Contents
A) Check and repair damages of furnishings and equipment
B) Listening residents' suggestions or inquiries
C) Main list of inspection for Communal Living
- Accomodating non-residents or being visited by non-residents/ room change
- Drinking or keeping alcohol/Smoking in the dormitory
- Room cleanliness
- Possession or use of materials causing fire or ignition
- Checking and advising other things for better communal living
- We will check whether to use a standard power strip and impound when using a non-standard power strip.
※ During the inspection period, Security staffs/Resident-assistants may enter the rooms
even if residents are out and can impose penalty points if there's any violation.
◆ Examples of Unclean Room and Deposit Deduction
(These photos are just for reference.) ▶ In case of leaving garbage without throwing away trash in the transh bin or toilet bin in your room
▶ In case of leaving dust, hair, footprint, beverage spilt, etc. on the room floor
▶ In case of having stains on a toilet and a sink (Including the red or black strip-shaped contamination)
▶ In case of leaving hair and waste, etc on a drain in the shower room
▶ Please change the non-standard to the standard power strip. 
☞ During the inspection period, staff may enter your rooms when you're outside.
