Mandatory Submission of Test results(2023-Fall semester)

All Dormitory students must submit below documents when dormitory check-in date.
If you do not submit one of documents, you can't check-in the dormitory.
(If you already submitted TB test which you checked up after June. 2023) please read it carefully.
1. Tuberculosis test results(X-ray)
- Submit the results with file printable(Captured or picture)
- The results must be got after June. 2023
(You can submit the results which you checked-up in home land hospital)
- The results should include name, check-up result(normal, no abnormalities), check-up place, check-up date.

- Not once submit tuberculosis check-up.
- Students who had medical check-up before on June. 2023
- Students who do not submit check-up result cannot enter dormitory.
Exception
- During June. 2023~August. 2023 students who did check up individually and have the record of submission.
- No additional submission But, Students who changed student ID number after submission check in operating office.
2. How to submit
* Direct dormitory(C/E/G/I/K/M-House): Submit the results to security office of dormtiory when you check-in.
* Leased building(LWG): Submit the results to G-house security office in front of LWG when you check-in.
* Leased building(Vicory house/Crownville A/Crownville C): Submit the results with file(Captured or picture) by e-mail when your check-in date.

-> When you email us, the title of mail should be dormitory name+student ID number+student name (Ex: Victory house_Name_student ID number_student name)
