[Notice in English] Dormitory Admission for 2023-Summer Vacation

1. Residnece Period

■Summer Semester: June 10.(Sat) ~ July 01 (Sat) 12:00 [21 nights 22days]

■Whole Summer Vacation: June 10(Sat) ~ August 19(Sat) [70nignts 71days]

- Check-out date can not be change to other date.

- After closing application, you can not modify your application options.

- All applicants of [Summer Semester] can extend your residence periods to [Whole Summer Vacation].

(Specific detail for Extension will be notice on further notice)

2. Application and Payment periods

1st term- Applying Period	May 12(Fri) 11:00 ~ May 16(Tue) 23:00
1st term- Announcement of successful applicants and registration (payment)	May 22(Mon) 11:00 ~ May 25(Thur) 23:00
2nd term - Applying Period	May 26(Fri) 11:00 ~ May 29(Mon) 23:00
2nd term- Announcement of successful applicants and registration (payment)	June 02(Fri) 11:00 ~ May 05(Mon) 23:00
Announcement of the result of room assignment	After June 09(Fri) 17:00

3. How to Apply Dormitory and Check Invoice

■ How to apply

KINGO ID login on SKKU website → GLS → Application/Requirements management → Dormitory → Dorm Application

■ Checking admission result and Invoice

GLS → Application/Requirements management → Dormitory → Dorm. Info. → Invoice

- If your payment is not fully made until the payment period, the admission must be cancelled

■ To apply dormitory and check the invoice, you should access on your GLS

4. Note

■ Applying dormtory is not accoding to by order or arrival.

■ After applying for the dormitory, please check if it is submitted normally.

■ All dormitory residents must submit Tuberculosis test result and COVID19 negative results when check-in

5. Housing office

■ Office hour: Weekdays 9:00 ~ 17:30 (Lunch break 12:00 ~ 13:00)
