Residence extension application [2022 Winter Semester -> Winter Vacation] 

 

1. Eligibility for Application

As residents who currently live in Direct dormitory of Winter semester(Ofiicial checkout date:2022.December.31(Sat)) want to stay longer until Winter vacation(Official checkout date: 2023.Feburary.17(Fri)

 

2. How to apply

Submit the google form:  CLICK HERE

Fill in the application form(Google survey) - Complete your personal information and submit it.

 

3. Schedule

- Application period: 2022.Dec.19.(Mon) 10:00 ~ 2022.Dec.27.(Tue) until NOON.

- Payment period: ~ 2022.Dec.27.(Tue) 23:00

 

4. Payment information

-SKKU Housing office staff in charge of dorm recruitment will send you the text message(SMS or Email) individually. after receiving message, you should check the payment information on your GLS.

If you do not pay within payment period, your application will be canceled. in that case you have to check-out on Dec.31.(Sat)

-The virtual account number is differ from person to person. please do not account transfer to other account number and check your virtual account number on GLS

-International remittance usually takes at least over 2 days, so we recommend for you to pay at the first day of payment.  

-International remittance can be deducted transfer fee or exchange fee, regardless of the charge, the remitter should make a fully payment as we requested.  

<Extension fee(Double room)>

 *E-House(Male/Female) Room type A: 600,000won

 *E-House(Female) Room type B: 528,000won

 *K-House: 672,000won

 

5. Room

- You will be assigned your current room.

 

6. Notice

-  There isn't an additional application session once you miss the application and payment duedate.

- Refund Regulation: You can get a refund after excluding 15 day's room rate from remaining days, in case of  having over 30 days from the official check-out date(Feb.17th)

(No refund in case if less than 30 days remain until the regular check-out date.)
